About forty-five minutes. We crawl the whole space, photograph it, take moisture readings, and email you a written report. If there is nothing wrong — or if your house turns out to be on a slab — we say so and there is no invoice.

What is included

• Clearance and access measured, so you know what is realistically workable
• Every pier photographed, including porch and addition piers
• Moisture readings taken on the subfloor itself, not guessed at the hatch
• Ductwork, insulation and vapor barrier condition assessed
• Standing water, drainage and grading noted
• A written report with photographs, emailed to you

One honest caveat: some St. Pete bungalows have crawlspaces too tight to enter safely. If yours is one of them we will tell you at the hatch rather than sell you something we cannot properly install.
