206 crawlspace homes at 12.6% density, and 203 of them were built before 1950. Proportionally this is the most consistently historic crawlspace stock in St. Petersburg — there is almost no modern construction diluting it.
The decade profile runs 1920s: 153 and 1910s: 34, which puts a meaningful number of these houses among the oldest standing residential buildings in the city. Roser Park in particular, platted around 1911 along Booker Creek, has the ravine topography that makes under-floor drainage genuinely variable from one house to the next.
Foundations here have typically been patched piecemeal across a century of ownership, and it is common to find three eras of repair work under one floor. We photograph what we find, including the parts a previous contractor would rather you did not see.
